The durable Shure BLX4 Wireless Receiver features simple setup, intuitive controls, and microprocessor-controlled internal antenna diversity. As a result, it delivers reliable reception without complex configuration. One-touch QuickScan frequency selection quickly locates the best open frequency in case of interference. Therefore, engineers can resolve RF issues on the fly, without manually scanning through channels.
The BLX4 is designed for use with BLX Wireless Systems. This includes compatible handheld transmitters such as the PG58 or Beta 58A, or bodypack transmitters for instrument and lavalier microphones.

Simple, Reliable Wireless Reception
The two-colour audio status indicator LED gives engineers an instant visual check on signal quality. Green shows normal audio levels, while red flags excessive levels or clipping. Therefore, adjusting gain on the connected transmitter becomes straightforward, even without a full meter to reference.
Both XLR and ¼ inch output connectors are included, giving flexibility to connect straight into a mixer, PA system, or instrument amp as needed. Combined with QuickScan’s fast, automatic frequency selection, the BLX4 makes setting up a reliable wireless link simple, even in busy RF environments.
