Here at Element ICT, we appreciate that some events simply require short-notice additional planning, capacity, equipment, or longer-term planning support for more complex solutions, hence we are happy to engage 'long range' for early event planning and prototyping, but we're also just as willing to try and help out should an existing supplier be unable to fulfil some or all of their booked obligations at short notice.

We'll engage with both your chosen venue and your own event team, and other chosen suppliers as required, and  will ensure that all aspects of event planning and sequencing are considered, reviewed and approved by you as the end customer.With a wide range of in-house sound, audio visual and lighting solutions, we cater for conferences from 50 right up to 1000 persons and across a wide range of venues.

Our operators and technicians are highly skilled and experienced, and our equipment is of the highest quality; regularly maintained, services, and upgraded as new features and requirements arise in the conference market.

  • Projectors and screens including multiple blended projection solutions suitable for covering wide stage aspects (multiple HD displays seamlessly stitched and either front or rear projected)

  • Solutions for live streaming - both inbound and outbound - and event recording both audio and visual
