Reflecting on a summer on the road…
Element ICT has been super-fortunate to have spent the bulk of the summer season on the road providing LED screen rigging solutions for the T20 cricket season staring in Geelong in early December and then finishing up in Canberra in early February.
Whilst it’s certainly been hard and hot work, the team worked on a series of LED screen builds across NSW, VIC, ACT & QLD collectively clocking up over 15,000km by road and air in the process. We’ve see parts of our wonderful country that even the most travelled might not have otherwise visited (and a fair few servos, pie-shops and airport check-in desks and baggage belts to boot!)
Our amazing team has worked without falter over a period of 11 weeks during some long, hot, rainy, humid and sometimes even oddly cold days… Two of the team will especially remember Geelong in December which clocked a mighty 16C just the day after recording a sweltering 35C!
Whilst we’ve been fortunate to share some good team nights out along the way, we thought it only right to acknowledge the teams hard work, loyalty and professionalism across the summer.
We say it often, but we’ll say it again. Without you all we simply couldn’t do what we do and we are lucky to have such a capable, loyal and hard working team.
So thank you in no particular order to Dave, Matt, Seb, Ben, Yannis, Nathan, Aaron, Leigh, Gaetan and Will and let’s do it all again in 2024!
